Mandarin Ducks
The Mandarin Ducks are approximately the size of the wild Wood Ducks.  They choose their mate for the season and start laying in March in our area.  The eggs are laid in nest houses as do the Wood Ducks.  The Mandarin male ducks are the most attractive ducks in captivity.
